Any Plan: That incorporates (1) endurance, (2) aerobic conditioning (cardiovascular fitness), (3) strength and (4) neuromuscular integration and stretching will do the trick. Throw in a clean, unprocessed diet and you're in business. Brisk walking or jogging, resistance training with bands or weights, yoga and stretching done in alternation 5-6 days a week is an example. Get a physical first!
