Depends: Weight loss is difficult, but if you are determined it can be done. Diet along with cardiac exercise is the best way to go. Eat 5 meals a day and cut out the carbs. Don't eat any breads except whole grain. Also cut out all tropical fruit. Start walking so that you can get your heart rate up to around 120 beats per minute for 20 minutes. Biking is not as good losing weight as walking fast.
