Burning more: Calories than one consumes is an important factor (e.g., running will increase the burn rate). That said, vigorous aerobic exercise of any type will help. Swimming, plyometrics, interval training, etc. Are aerobic activities that you may consider based upon your inclination. One way is not necessarily preferable; whatever you find most engaging will likely incentivize you to continue. Enjoy!

Fitness: Firstly, the most important way to lose weight is through an excellent nutrition plan.In terms of exercise , high intensity interval training 3 times a week is very effective!you will need vo2 max testing to determine what heart rate you need to shoot for with the intervals.
