Rigorous routine: Basic training is a very rigorous routine with strict standards of diet and exercise requiring significant discipline, which is why soldiers become more fit. Many fitness facilities offer classes called "boot camps" that can give you a challenge and, along with proper diet, can aid in weight loss. I am not aware of a program that you can attend for that length of time, however, to mimic boot camp.
