Moderate concentric left ventricular hypertrophy is consistent with chronic hypertension and it could be the reason for not passing the stress test. I am not sure about your blood pressure history so I prefer to have a 24 hours ambulatory blood pressure monitoring for ruling out chronic hypertension. I wonder what the reason for the exercise stress test is. Please follow with your cardiologist.
