LVH is nonspecific: ECG often will show LVH on one occasion and not show it on another. The ECG is not very accurate for LVH. The echo is a much more accurate test for LVH. It is unlikely u developed LVH over the past 3 months. Use the echo reading to determine if you have LVH. Deviated Nasal Septum surgery would have nothing to do with LVH. I don't know what u mean by nerve peeling but it doesn't sound like heart.
