Depends: Depends on what the job description requires. An echo is not a usual test done for an employment physicial in the US. The employer must have some reason to need an in-depth physical. Ask or find out what the job entails. If you can do it, apply and go to the interview. Can't really assess the entire situation with just a sentence or two question. Find a personal physician.
