Some concern: Concentric hypertrophy of the left ventricle can be due to elevated blood pressure or valvular heart problems although your echocardiogram apparently doesn't demonstrate any valvular abnormality. Your findings are only mildly abnormal and a cardiologist would be best qualified to evaluate and advise you in order to prevent future cardiac problems.
