Possible LVH: There are many possibilities with what you listed. The best course is to see your doctor and discuss the situation. You may wish to see a cardiologist if you aren't clear after speaking with your primary care doctor. One of the possibilities is that its no big deal so if you are worried you should see what's up.

Congruent findings: If ECG mentions possible or potential LVH and then echocardiogram shows "concentric remodeling", probably "concentric LVH", these findings make sense. ECG is not the modality to diagnose LVH, echocardiogram is. Last if these are your findings, treat the underlying cause which is high blood pressure, to prevent long term risk of hypertensive heart disease.
