45 yoa male 24bmi unexplained sob w/ mild activity, cpet done. normal resting bp, cpet stopped stage 3 w/ bp 263/79. clear lung ct, echo, moderate lvh wall and mass, s3, s4 gallop 76% tlc/fvc. prognosis/treatment duration for hre? lvh damage remain?

Your cardiologist needs to interpret these findings. You have left ventricular hypertrophy and and S3/S4 gallop and neither of these are normal. Your symptoms could be related to your heart findings and you need to know what treatment cardiology can offer. Prognosis would need to be addressed in the context of the rest of your clinical findings by your cardiologist. Good luck!
