A member asked:

Diagnosed with lvh, but no high bp, going for echo, what could be the cause?

A doctor has provided 1 answer
Dr. Jimmy Lin answered

Heart valve problem: Lvh (left ventricular hypertrophy) could be due to aortic stenosis, aortic insufficiency, or hypertension, long standing of mitral insufficiency can cause also. Need echo to diagnose.
