Left chest burning: May be GERD/ reflux. Try ranitidine 150 qd and or prevecid 30 qd and see if helps. Sometimes can have costochondritis which is irritation of chest wall, then you would feel pain when pressing on chest -motrin can help>Check gb. In the echo was the septum symmetric or asymetric as septal asymmetry can cause chest pain. May also rarely have spasm as opposed to actual atherosclerosis f/u/ w/ doc
