Veins in left testicle pronounced with occasional lower abdomen pain. can a varicocele cause prostatitis?

Likely not: Varicoceles are in the scrotum. The prostate is not. If the abdominal pain is on the same side as the varicocele, that can cause the abdominal discomfort.
