When i smoke marijuana, i notice the veins above my left testicles enlarges. feels like a weird lump. is this a varicocele and why does it get larger when marijuana is consumed? (yes im aware consuming marijuana isnt healthy?

There is no co- relation between smoking pot and a varicocele enlarging during smoking it. This is a subjective symptom. Best is to get checked by a Urologist. To get rid of the perception you can quit. Best of luck
