Time for hard work: You're doing the right things and beyond continuing to count calories and work as hard as you can with cardio, it's time for you really to educate yourself about eating, fitness, and weight management. A good book, some time with a registered dietician, and if you're not successful in a year, a talk with a surgeon about bariatric surgery are all in order for your long-term health. Stay proactive.
