Continue good Eating: HABIT. As for the weight loss, you may want to make sure your Thyroid function is normal. Calorie intake according to your height and weight should be calculated. Veggies if they are high in Carb, or if you are eating Sugary stuff that also prevents from loosing weight. Quantity also matters. Good luck.
