I cannot lose weight. i eat very healthy and do a lot of cardio. last year i did blood tests which said i have very high insulin levels. what do i do?

Stay the course.: Your high insulin levels are likely related to the extra body weight, and in that regard your plan seems right. Maybe just tweak it a bit. Add weight training to increase metabolically active lean muscle. Meet with a Registered Dietitian to fine tune meal planning.

Need more work up: Insulin and glucose are opposites. You may have difficulty losing weight because of pre diabetes. You could have hypothyroid. Need alot more info to recommend a weight loss program. See a doctor for complete exam, labs and rule out of any medical condition that may make weight loss more difficult.
