I lost 8 pounds the past month. due 2 stress i've been eating less & also cut out pop, sweets & fastfood which i used to eat a lot of. is this a normal amount of weight to lose from those changes?

Weight loss due to: Stress is fairly common. If you didn't lose more than 10 lbs from your baseline weight, i won't worry about it. Get examined for thyroid or chronic medical illness. Take care!
