Very good evening doctors. i had a renal mesenteric ultrasound. could you please explain what this means? cyst with septation in the lower pole 4.7 cm x 5.2 cm?" two other simple cysts one in upper pole right kidney one in upper pole left kidney?

If the septum is thin then the cyst is still considered benign. If the septum is thick or suspicious then ultrasound should be rechecked within 6 months for any changes. At your age, the detection of 3 cysts in 2 kidneys is not uncommon. The radiologist who read the ultrasound will likely give his (her) input about if ultrasound should be rechecked or not and when. A cyst is a cavity filled with fluid. It can be with or without compartments (septa). Simple means no evidence of any other abnormality in it. These require no treatment but followup at the discretion of your Urologist
