Hi doctors. i had a renal mesenteric ultrasound. the sonographer reported one complex cyst lower pole with septation 4.7 cm x 5.2 cm. does the fact that the word septation was used in the singular mean there was only one? what do the cm numbers mean?

Doctor diagnosed 1.4 CM renal cyst . I had an ultrasound that showed a 1.4 CM renal cyst with a question of calcification in cyst wall. Now I have to get a CT scan. How bad could this be. Am scared out of my mind.
