Good morning doctors. i have a complex renal cyst 4.7 x 5.2 cm. this complex cyst used to be a simple cyst. i have two other simple cysts. no masses or blockages or other concerns were noted on ultrasound how should i treat this complex renal cyst?

You should not- your Urologist should- either by doing another study CT/MRI to confirm and then recommend follown up or any intervention as needed.
