I hv had a lump on my neck where it meets my right shoulder for over a two years. grew slowly now size of a malteser. no pain, not a lipoma & not on the surface. yesterday i was able to squeeze some white out. now a tad inflamed but full. what is it?

It could be one of many things. A sebaceous cyst, , a lymph gland etc. Pl see a doc. Do not squeeze it. Good luck
