2-3 years ago I found a pea-sized hard bump deep in skin. In the last 4 months, it has spread to arms, shoulder, back ,ear, and torso. Dozens. Not hard rock-solid, but not soft in any way. I know they are not cysts or lipomas cus of pics. What is it?
