I have a lump on my right shoulder blade, i noticed 5 months ago and it is about 1 1/2 inches and has not grown since i first noticed it, i can move it if i touch it with my fingers but it is not soft and i have no pain at all. can it be lipoma?

It might well be a lipoma, but go and get it checked properly to avoid complication.
