A 42-year-old male asked:
Disclaimer

I have a pea sized lump on my left shoulder (neck and shoulder). It has been painless for a year and now it is sore and pains a bit. Can it be cancer?

Not likely: Cancers are generally painless. If the lump is sore it may more likely be a staph infection, which needs to be looked at urgently and treated accordingly. Feel better☺️
