Lymph nodes?: I'm betting they're lymph nodes. Almost all young adults have several in the neck if they go searching. Ask your physician next time you're in the office. Get seen earlier if they get huge or become fixed to a nearby structure.

Lipomas,lymph nodes: A lipoma will feel free floating in the skin. You will not feel a boarder to it. A lymph node will have better definition to it. It also will feel deeper. Lymph nodes enlarge with a history of infection among other things. Have it checked out by your primary doctor. He/she will examine you and may do blood work looking at your white cells. Hope this helps.
