Can't say for sure: without evaluation - sounds like an inflammed lymph node (or possibly a cyst).

Some ideas.: cannot say in your particular case, but generally, small hard lumps are lymph nodes. This is a common spot for them. They can be a sign of infection/inflammation and size would be a key point. if small (bb sized or less) it isn't likely to be abnormal. if > 2 inches cancer possible.

Could: be an enlarged lymph node or a cyst or a lipoma. Examination and possible monitoring of size changes or excisional biopsy
