Found small hard lump that moves slightly by the left side of my face by my ear and jaw joint. had a lipoma on shoulder b4 but this feels v different ?

Can't say for sure: without evaluation - sounds like an inflammed lymph node (or possibly a cyst).

Some ideas.: cannot say in your particular case, but generally, small hard lumps are lymph nodes. This is a common spot for them. They can be a sign of infection/inflammation and size would be a key point. if small (bb sized or less) it isn't likely to be abnormal. if > 2 inches cancer possible.
