Pecan size lump in crease of arm about a year now. doesn't move not warm or red or throbbing etc. sometimes pain upper arm, shoulder, back of neck. was in both arms, now just left arm. ?

Lipoma: You may have a lipoma. These are fatty tumors. Most do not require surgery. If it grows or you have concerns then show to doctor. It sounds unrelated to the pain you are having in both arms.

See MD: You need to have it evaluated by a physician. Could be a cyst, infection or enlarged lymph node.No way to tell without an examination.
