Perhaps: Lipomas are usually firm and lumpy, something like a jellybean under the skin, would not call squishy. so I'm not sure what it is. Safest thing is to have a doctor look at it, but low risk of anything serious. You could also just watch it and make sure it doesn't change or enlarge, and see the doctor if anything changes. Probably safe to do this, but changes = doctor.
