50 ur old female with hypothyroidism for 25 years on levothyroxin. recent tsh 4.2. my hgb is normal 13.6, my hct is normal 42.7, my mch is normal 31.6, but my mchc is low 31.9 and my calcium is high 10.6. any concerns?

You should not concern about the MCHC of 31.9 but your doctor will likely recheck your calcium within the next three months with a comprehensive chemistry panel. Lab error or mild variability do occur often so we rarely suspect anything in just one result. If calcium remains high +/- there is other suspected change in the next chemistry result , more tests will be done by then. Good luck.
