TSH 0.02 (0.34-5.6), FT3 4.1 (4-6.6), FT4 13.2, Levothyroxine for 23 years (since 19). Dose 137.5mcg. Female, 5'6, 280lb. Symptoms: brittle nails, hair thinning, dry skin, constantly tired, muscle aches, cold. Why do I feel hypothyroid if TSH so low?
