I believe your tests show that the dose of levothyroxine could be slightly reduced if you're experiencing weight loss and palpitations. Such a reduction will allow your TSH to rise a little but should improve your symptoms and your hypothyroidism should still be controlled if TSH remains less than 5.0. Of course any change in dose must be ok'd by the prescribing physician.
