Diagnosed hypothyroid in mid pregnancy. tsh levels have been 3.9, 3.2, 4.3. was started on 100mcg levothyroxine after the 4.3 result. only one free t4 level was drawn which was 0.89. should i be concerned about neurodevelopmental problems for baby?

No. You were only borderline hypothyroid and baby makes its own thyroxine. Wish you good health and a healthy baby!
