Been treated for hypothyroidism for 20+yrs. last two years blood work shows very low tsh and high t4. (tsh .108 t4 2.80). dr lowered levothyroxine 6 months ago.. t4 is higher now then 6 months ago. nodule on rl is tirad3. what should be done ?

This suggests that the nodule may be producing thyroid hormone. Never use abbreviations in medicine. They can be deadly. What does NIRAD3 where you come from. I would consider a thyroid scan.
