Looking at same ultrasound, one radiologist said lymph nodes are normal while a second said that one (of the many) has very mild cortical thickening. What is the difference in interpretation here? Should I be worried?

4 years ago radiologist scanned thyroid after tech didn't see anything. Saw 3mm hypoechoic thyroid nodule that "was mild on real time transmission" and "was probably a complex cyst". He said I didn't need a follow up ultrasound unless Dr feels it.ok?
I just had a HSG ultrasound test done and the radiologist said it looked like i had multiple csections but i've only had one. What could cause this ?
