A member asked:

Looking at same ultrasound, one radiologist said lymph nodes are normal while a second said that one (of the many) has very mild cortical thickening. what is the difference in interpretation here? should i be worried?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

No the difference in interpretation does not seem to be meaningful. If any lymph node is palpable, You may feel the nodes every couple of weeks, if any of the lymph glands doubles in size, becomes painful, ulcerates, or other nodes become enlarged, or you develop fever, or lose weight, you should see a doctor. Wish you good health!
