Hysterosonogram?: I am going to assume you had a hysterosonogram (hsn) which involves ultrasound, rather than an hsg which uses x-ray. Regardless, my answer wouldn't change. Surgical scarring can take on a wide rang of appearances. If a single scar was more extensive in appearance it would likely be mistaken for multiple prior scars and wrongly assumed to represent more than one prior c-sections. I hope this helps, .
