You need intervention as soon as possible. If there is no evidence of urinary tract infection, cystoscopy and retrograde stents are indicated. If active infection is present you need bilateral percutaneous nephrostomy tubes. If delayed, kidney impairment, acute to chronic, may ensue. With cystoscopy, etiology of bladder outlet obstruction can be diagnosed.

That there might be some obstruction to the outflow of urine where the upper urinary tube (ureter) opens into the bladder, on both sides, making the tubes and the collecting sac near the kidney(renal pelvis) also dilated. You should see a Urologist to find cause and get treated. Good luck
