?obstruction?: Dilatation of the ureter usually implies a blockage to urine flow into the urinary bladd. Since it is mild, it may just be a normal variation. But why did you have CT scan done in the first palce? If there is concern, your doctor can check your urine(Urinalysis. If you have any new symptoms such as abdominal pain. the CT scan of your abdomen should be repeated in 3 to 6 months time to follow up on
