This report suggests you have a 1.6 cm -right sided kidney stone which is causing obstruction of the urinary tract and thus the term hydronephrosis or swollen kidney from backtracking of urine due to blockage of the pathway ; clearing the kidney stone will technically clear the obstruction and subside the hydronephrosis. You need to be seen soon by a urologist for further management .

You have a !.6 cm size stone in the upper portion of the system which collects urine before it comes down to the bladder making it slightly larger
