Kidney ultrasound results say:
multiple bilateral renal echogenic foci.
pelvic dilation in both kidneys with echogenic calyces. is this concerning?

Echogenic: Echogenic means the image can be picked up by ultarasound. So in that sense the kidney itself is echogenic. The dilation of the kidneys could have meaning. For example if you are a male with a prostate problem. that would dilate kidneys.
