Hi am 35w preg.my baby has renal pelvic dilation of 7mm in both side.it stays 7mm till 32w scan.not increased.next scan at 36w.treatmnt aftr birth?

Needs Follow up: It is not uncommon to find dilated renal pelvis on ultrasound. This does not necessarily indicate a problem, but serial measurement and follow up is imperative to a diagnosis. We do see regression in many cases. So do not worry, but definitely follow up.
