You need statin for very high LDL. For high triglycerides, fatty liver and obesity, you need to reduce total calories intake (carbohydrate + lipid) to at least 30% and start exercise for at least 30 minutes/day or 1 hour every other day, moderate to high intensity exercise with the goal to lower BMI at least below 30 in the next 6 months. Take BP med if low salt diet & exercise do not normalize BP

Agree with Dr. He. There are multiple issue. The most important being obese. You need to reduce weight through diet and exercise. It would be useful to consult a nutritionist for advice on diet. Your bad lipids and fatty liver are the direct result of obesity. Wish you good health!
