Multiple issues: High total cholesterol and high triglycerides; and low HDL warrant an evaluation and it is not feasible to do that in this forum. You ought to talk to the doctor who ordered the test as s/he knows more about your health. You may need referral to a cardiologist for assessment of other risk factors.
