My lipid profile . serum cholesterol 195.and hdl cholesterol is 43.and ldl cholesterol is 105.and vldl cholesterol is 48. triglyceride 240?

Normal : These are normal values. Lower, of course, is always better. If you have known heart disease, these values are not low enough for secondary prevention, but if you don't have heart disease, your values are reasonable for primary prevention. Again, lower is always better.
