Hydroceles are seldom drained these days. and if they are, special meds to prevent recurrence is put in the sac at the time. If not, the hydrocele recurs. If there are no contraindications best is to see a Urologist and have a hydrocelectomy, which is a relatively simple procedure. Good luck
