I would recommend you follow-up with the urologist if the pain is persistent. If you just saw them, you could also consider getting a second opinion to examine you and review the ultrasound. There are times when those issues need surgery, although they are usually observed. I would wonder whether there is also a hernia there which may not be seen at times.

I presume the urologist examined area of complaints before giving opinion. Hydroceles and varicoceles do not cause the symptoms you have. If not better in a few days have your Urologist see you again.
