Small hydrocele: Most hydroceles are quite benign & yours is only 3x size of other testis so it is not very big. Urologist gave good advice providing hydrocele isn't causing much discomfort. It may enlarge in which case it can be corrected surgically. So my advice, like that of the excellent urologist already consulted, is to wait & see.
