I assume you didn't stir up bleeding by riding a bicycle or other exercises. I think your urologist will have to check the operative site to determine where exactly the bleeding is coming from and the cause.

This means you have a collection of blood (hematoma) at the site of surgery which is slowly draining from the drain site. Pl get checked by your surgeon. It is not 'breakthru' bleeding. Good luck
