Internal hemorrhoid does not cause pain, only painless fresh blood around the stool which you probably have. Your doctor can make the diagnosis with a rectal exam and a direct exam with anoscopy will be more accurate. Anorectal cancer can still occur at your age but not that common but a thorough exam can rule it out.
